The Effect Of Yu's Scalp Acupuncture On The Risk Factor For Stroke Hs-Crp In Serum

Objective:The subject observes the effect of Yu's scalp acupuncture on the risk factor for stroke HS-CRP in serum and the incidence rate of stroke. Provide the theoretical foundation for prevention stroke with the method of Yu's scalp acupuncture.Methods:The 35 cases come from the Harbin First Social Welfare Home and Shaman community.The objects are divided into two groups.The two groups are all treated by health education and diet guide before treatment. Besides,18cases in the first group are treated by scalp acupuncture.Choose the parietal area and its anterior area as the treatment area.Prick the two area with 0.35×40mm needles.The needling methods adopt retention for long time and twist the needles discontinuity.To treat once everyday and treat for 30 days continuously.17cases in the second group are only treated by diet guide.All objects are collected blood to test the contents of hsCRP before treatment,after treatment and after stopping treatment for 1 month.At the end of the treatment,follow up the incidence rate of the two groups for six months and statistic and analyze the data.Results:l,in the treatment of pre-and post-study of two blood tests, acupuncture group comparison group(P＜0.05) significant differences in blood fibrinogen after acupuncture acupuncture significantly lower than that; and control group,Group comparison(P＞0.05),before and after treatment there was no significant difference.2,stopped 1 month after acupuncture (that is,two months after the experiment) and then blood tests on the study, acupuncture group compared with the treatment(P＞0.05),no significant differences compared with before treatment(P＜0.05) with a significant difference;the control group compared with after treatment(P＞0.05),no significant differences compared with before treatment(P＞0.05),no significant difference.3,comparing with two groups after six months' treatment,acupuncture group has a significant differences in dropping the rates of these diseases and have a good effection on the prevention of stroke. Conclusion:1.Yu's scalp acupuncture can obviously reduce the contents of HS-CRP in serum and have a good preventive effect.2 The contents of reduced HS-CRP remain not ascend after treatment for 1 month.3 Yu's scalp acupuncture can be as a preventive measure for stroke because it is simple and effective.
