Objective:It was studied and explored further the mechanism of treatment that the protective effect of phenolic alkaloids from Menispermum dauricum (PAMD) on pancreatic cancer.Methods:The metastatic tumor model of tumor-bearing mice was established with BXPC-3 cell,the inhibition rate of tumor proliferation were detected after treatment with PAMD.Meanwhile,the effect on immune organ index was detected.HE staining,light microscope viewing tumour struc pathomorphology.Immunohistochemistry was carried out to confirm the expression of VEGF,bFGF factor after treatment of tumor-bearing mice with PAMD.Results:PAMD could inhibite the tumor growth of tumor-bearing mice of BXPC-3 cell line,The inhibition rate were 34.91%,52.83%,41.51%, respectively.Compared with the control group with statistical significance (P<0.01).PAMD also could not showed markedly effect on immune organ index.Meanwhile.cell morphology discover PAMD to promote tumour cell necrosis cum inhibition Angiogenesis.PAMD could inhibit the expression of VEGF,bFGF.Conclusions:PAMD showed markedly inhibiting action on the tumor growth of tumor-bearing mice,mechanisms chance to improve nude mouse immunological function,inhibiting tumor neovascularity,which provides stable scientific basis for reasonable exploiture and use in clinical.
