From the "Neijing" creating the theory of Qi and blood, Yang Shiying's the "Qi is the commander of blood, blood is the mother of Qi " theory, Wang Qingren's "Yilingaicuo" about Qi and blood theory, Tang Zonghai "Xuezhenglun" of Qi disease and blood said, Zhang xichun's "deficiency of old leading blood stasis" theory, until the modern clinical research on "deficiency of Qi and blood stasis". Many doctors, scholars circumfuse "Qi and blood" theory to start development and research of reason, law, prescription, drug.In this study, through the collation and analysis of the literature, taking a combination of research methods, combing through ancient literature about the formation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis theory in history, the Chinese medicine theory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis began in the Pre-germination, the clinical application started in the Han and Tang Dynasties period, developed in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, populared in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. the modern study of Qi deficiency and blood stasis theory focused on evidence of clinical disease research, experimental research, as well as the biological basis of research studies.By studying the history books on the theory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, retrieving the medical history of Qi deficiency and blood stasis history arguments, sentences, analysis, summarizing and organizing, clarifing the meaning of the theory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Qi deficiency and blood stasis, this is the disease, disease symptoms and a general permit. Qi is the commander of blood, blood is the mother of Qi. Qi-deficiency can be caused by blood stasis, blood stasis forms for a long time, It can influenced Qi's function, This clarities the Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome logical relations. Original Qi, pectoral Qi, nutritive Qi and defensive Qi, visceral and meridian Qi, these is the Qi of human life. If virous Qi is vigorous, heart Qi's opening and closing, all vessels converging in the lung, spleen Qi controling blood circulation, liver Qi regulating the free flow of Qi, kidney Qi nourishing and warming. Qi's function contacts to blood stasis: from insecurity of defensive Qi and losing astringent therapy. from blood deficiency bringing blood stasis, from Yang-Qi losing warming function and cold accumulationg and blood stasis.Deficiency of Qi and blood stasis syndrome includes many manifests that Qi deficienc-syndromes hold aomasthenia, hypodynamia, asthenia qi, undertone, feeble breathing, blood stasis syndrome symptoms and objective signs, holding ache, hematocyanosis of bump, lip, claw, lingua. Deficiency of Qi and blood stasis's therapeutical principle finally needs replenishing Qi to invigorate blood, treating symptom and root cause simultaneously.Rearching on stroke, coronary heart disease, hypertension, tumor disease, diabetes, clinical research, as well as the experimental animal models, the biological basis of the progress of the study summarized, Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients often accomparies high blood viscosity, high pour point, high-fiber protein, thromboxane high, high vascular reactivity and thromboembolic pathological features, confirmed the pathological nature of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, affirmed the existence of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and proved it in a wide range of clinical diseases.Experiencing in previous studies on the basis of modern health research experience and viewing of the origin of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, Mechanism, treatment, this study tries to provide an useful theoretical and clinical guidance to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome treatment.
