Analysis And Countermeasures On The Impact Factors In The Development Of Community Health Services Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Main Districts Of Chongqing Municipality

The Positive development of Community Health Service is an important measure for the reform of the supply system of urban health services and the medical and health system in China. Community Health Service of Traditional Chinese Medicine as one of them has also become the focus of the reform; however as the development of community health services of Traditional Chinese medicine, many deep problems arose: such as personnel system construction, management system and the development mechanisms. In this paper, "Chongqing Community Health Services of traditional Chinese Medicine" were select as the subjects, on the basis of the literature review and regarding to the weak links and gaps in the study of Community Health Services of Chinese medicine, from the necessity and feasibility of developing Community Health Services of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the author explored the factors in the development and use of Community Health Services of Traditional Chinese Medicine between the supply-side (community health services) and demand-side (the residents) and analyzed the reasons, and proposed sustainable strategies for the development of the Community Health Services of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with the external environment:1.strengthen the Government's leadership in the community health services of Traditional Chinese Medicine2. Increase the input to the Community Health Service of Traditional Chinese Medicine3. Attach great importance to the personnel construction, and achieve a breakthrough in Traditional Chinese Medicine personnel mainly from the establishment of training system and the support system from higher-level government.4. Further improve the policies and systems of community health service of Traditional Chinese Medicine5. Emphasize on the advocacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the community, and enhance public health education6. Continue to enhance scientific research and academic work of the cause of community health of traditional Chinese medicine7. Traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened in the connotation construction of Community Health Service institutions, be given full play to its advantages and established an effective operation mechanism. Use the external opportunities to exert their own advantages, and overcome the threats of Western medicine to reduce the development of disadvantage in traditional Chinese medicine, taking the development strategy of conversion, integration, and reflected advantage to avoid risks from the overall effective function.
