Study On The Influence Factors Of Community Residents' Health Literacy Of Chinese Traditional Medicine In Fangchenggang City Fangcheng District

Objective:Exploration of the measurement topic and questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy of community residents,investigate the status of community residents' traditional Chinese medicine health literacy in Fangcheng district,and popularization of health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine locally,analysis the influence factrors of community residents' health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine,quest the traditional Chinese medicine health service model for community residents and promotion measures which adapt to local economic and development.Method:Ation of literature research,Delphi method,reliability and validity test to build the questionanair of community residents' traditional Chinese medicine health literacy.Sampling in community residents Questionnaire survey of entering households in Fangcheng district,Fangchenggang City.Input the data into Excel software by two reseachers,use the SPSS20.0 software to carry out analysis,describe the level of residents' traditional Chinese medicine health literacy,analyse the influence factors of community residents' traditional Chinese medicine health literacy by chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis,analysis on the coverage and work effect of health knowledge popularization of local traditional Chinese medicine,put forward policy suggestions for health literacy promotion work.Result:(1)The institute has good reliability and validity on the measurement of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy of community residents,and the questionnaire is reasonable and practical.(2)In the field survey,380 community residents were collected and 380 questionnaires were collected,including 365 eligible questionnaires.(3)In Fangcheng distric,The proportion of community residents with traditional Chinese medicine health literacy is 7.9%,lower than the level of national traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy rate of 2014.There are 5.4%of respondents have literacy of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 40.5%respondents have healthy lifestyle and behavior.There are 14.4%of residents have literacy of health skills.The correct rates of answering were respectively the basic theory and knowledge53.42%(53.42%,57.53%),healthy life style and behavior 65.83%(63.36%,68.30%)and traditional Chinese medicine 51.92%(49.53%,54.31%).(4)Operated chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis,data displays that edcation level and occupation are the independent factors affecting community residents' traditional Chinese medicine.The literacy rate of the high school education crowd is 0.023 times of the master crowd.The lower education level,the lower level of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy.The medical staffs' literacy rate is 5.835 times of the civil servants.(5)The exposure and coverage of traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge promotion activities are highest in medical service institutions,followed by urban and street\community,the lowest level is sector\schools.(6)Tv and internet,handheld terminal are the most mass media of the audience.(7)In the survey subjects,the proportion of people with positive attitude towards the application of traditional Chinese medicine in daily life is 32.3%,the proportion of people with positive attitude towards promoting health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is 29.3%,the Proportion of population with positive attitude towards health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is 67.7%.The overall level is not high.Conclusion:(1)In Fangcheng distric,The proportion of community residents with traditional Chinese medicine health literacy is 7.9%.(2)Cultural level and occupation are the independent factors influencing the health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine in Fangcheng District community residents,the lower the level of culture,the lower the health literacy,the higher health literacy of medical personnel than other professional Chinese medicine.(3)Traditional Chinese medicine health education should focuse on the low cultural level of people,pay attention to the students group.(4)Traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge popularization work coverage is not widespread,the influence of traditional Chinese medicine health education needs to be strengthened.(5)Traditional Chinese medicine health education should take different measures according to different groups.
