The Study Of Association Between E-Selectin Gene Polymorphism And Stroke

Objective To explore the association of E-Selectin (Es) gene polymorphism with the occurrence of stroke and the effect to blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood fat of patients with stroke in han population of Hunan province .Methods This research uses the PCR-RFLP method to examine 181 example brain stem to die, 135 example cerebral hemorrhage patient and 135 normal collator E-Selectin 4th apparent child A561C (S128R) the gene polymorphism.Results1. In Hunan area Han Nationality crowd, the brain stem dies, cerebral hemorrhage, the normal control group EsA561C genotype distribution to distinguish AA 0.801/83.7/91.9, AC0.188/0.163/8.1, CC0.011/0/0 allele A and the C frequency respectively is 0.895/0.919/0.959 and 0.105/0.091/0.041;2. E-Selectin polymorphism revealed no significant difference of genotype and allelic distribution in Stroke Patients and its subgroups ( including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage ) and control group.3. In cerebral infarction group, EsA561C genotype and diastolic pressure (AA/AC), empty stomach blood sugar (AA/AC, AC/CC), TG (AA/AC, AC/CC), LDL (AA/CC) related; In cerebral hemorrhage group Es genotype (AA/AC) with the diastolic pressure, the systolic pressure, the empty stomach blood sugar, TG concerns. Control group's blood pressure, the empty stomach blood sugar and blood fats level during various genotypes quite does not have the obvious difference.Conclusions1. The E-Selectin A561C(S128R)the position spot polymorphism is possible and Chinese Hunan area Han Nationality crowd cerebral infarction morbidity related, possibly has nothing to do with Hunan area Han Nationality crowd cerebral hemorrhage morbidity;2. The E-Selectin A561C (S128R) the position spot polymorphism is possible and the Chinese Hunan area Han Nationality crowd blood pressure, the empty stomach blood sugar level concerns.
