The Clinical Research On Hemorrhoidectomy Of The Up-Ligation Removal

Objective: To evaluate a new operation procedure in the treatment of circular mixedhemorrhoids that is not only more thoroughly ,but also protect anal function well ,has lesssuffering and a shorter course of treatment.Methods: Thirty samples are divided into two groups(n=15) randomly. The therapy groupadopts the up-ligation Removal of hemorrhoidectomy; the control group adoptsMilligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observing and analyzing the clinical curative effect, timeof operation and treatment, postoperative complications.Results: Two groups have no obvious differences in the healing rate , operation time ,and thehappening of uroschesis, postoperative infection, the rate of constipation, stricture of anal canaland anal discomfort (P>0.05). The course of treatment, pains, postoperative hemorrhage andedema are different(P<0.05).Conclusion: The hemorrhoidectomy of protecting anal cushion , the up-ligation Removal cancure circular mixed hemorrhoids thoroughly ,at the same time ,it can protect the anal cushion andanal function well ,reduce the postoperative complications .So ,It's an effective procedure .
