Objective:To evaluate a new operation procedure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids that is not only more thoroughly, but also protect anal function well, has less suffering of treatment.Methods:Thirty samples are divided into two groups(n=15) randomly. The therapy group adopts the up-directional-ligation Removal of intenal hemorrhoids, reserving dentate line and stripping extenal hemorrhoid; the control group adopts Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observing and analyzing the clinical curative effect, time of operationand treatment, postoperative complications.Results:Two groups have no obvious differences in the healing rate, operation time, and the happening of uroschesis, postoperative infection, stricture of anal canal and anal discomfort (P>0.05). The course of treatment, postoperative hemorrhage, edema and the tabet of cacation are different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemorrhoidectomy of up-directional-ligation Removal of intenal hemorrhoids, reserving dentate line and stripping extenal hemorrhoid thoroughly, at the same time, it can protect the anal cushion and the function of dentate line, also has no effecting on anal function, reduce the postoperative complications.So, It's an effective procedure.
