Clinical Study On The Effect Of Ou Ning Fang In Preventing From Anthracycline-induced Acute Cardiotoxity

Purpose:To observe the effect of Ou Ning Fang(ONF) in preventing from anthracycline-induced acute cardiotoxity.Method:45 patients treated with anthracyclines are divided into 2 groups in random:study group(23 cases),control group(22 cases).The study group are dosed ONF 3 days before accepting anthracyclines for 14 days,while the control group are not.Cardiac symptoms,ECG,acute cardiotoxity,CTnI,CK-MB,UCG,symptoms of QI deficiency are observed between the two groups.Result:The study group had a lower rate of acute cardiotoxity compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had a lower rate of occurrence of cardiac symptoms(P＜0.05).The study group had a lower rate of abnormal ECG(P＜0.05).The level of CTnI and CK-MB didn't change a lot after the treatment in the study group(P＞0.05),but it increased in the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had a lower rate of myocardial lesion(P＜0.05).The level of E/A and FS decreased in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05),while it didn't change a lot in the study group(P＞0.05).After the treatment, symptoms of QI deficiency in the control group aggravated(P＜0.05),while patients in the study group had symptoms of QI deficiency as before(P＞0.05).Conclusion:①Ou Ning Fang can prevent patients from anthracycline-induced acute cardiotoxity.②Ou Ning Fang can prevent symptoms of QI deficiency from aggravating.
