Through establishing chemia rats induced by pituitrin(Pit) to discuss TongLou ning xin protection. Providing perfect basic for the next study.The first part of this paper is the theory study.We review the understanding of UA both in modern medicine and in TCM,combine professor clinic experience, think that the cause of UA is bothYin and Yangweak.The second part of this paper is the combinability study of Tong Lou ning xin.Select Ma Huang, Fu Zi, Xi Xin, Mai Dong, Yu Zhu to form a"Tong Lou ningxin"prescription. In this prescription, Ma Huang,Fu Zi,Xi Xin belong to hot herb,but Mai Dong, Yu Zhu belong to cold herb.The third part of this paper is the experimental study.Methods: The electrocardiograph(ECG) was observed in myocardial is chemiarats induced by Pituitrin (Pit) through lingual, the contents of MDA, SOD, CK andLDH in serum were assayed, respectively, in myocardial ischemia rat which pituitrinwas peritoneal injected. Results: Tong Lou ning xin could resist the elevation of Tand S-Tphase induced by pituitrin in rats, exerted some inhibition effects on the reduction of SOD andincrease of MDA caused by myocardial ischemia.Conclusion: combinability of TLNX to myocardial ischemia increase blood stream andoxygen; restrain MDA. |
