At present, there are a lot of researches on Biofeedback techniques at home and abroad, however the study with the functional electrical stimulation technology is lesser. The research in this area is in its infancy, but its development and application can not only reduce the suffering of patients but also have a profound impact on our country's medical diagnosis, rehabilitation medicine, sports medicine.Based on feedback theory and functional electrical stimulation theory, the thesis designed the system of stimulation and EMG feedback. EMG will be detected and collected from the human health muscle area and real-time feedback to the affected muscle areas to produce the cycle of feedback between nerve center and muscle, and be combined with biofeedback training, so that the human body would exert the most effective role in facilitation.The thesis discussed the therapy that use of surface EMG feedback to treat muscle stimulation therapy dysfunction. First of all, it introduced the significance and background of biofeedback and functional electrical stimulation, as well as the status quo at home and abroad. Then, introduced the mechanism of EMG, analyzed and explored the characteristics of EMG, analyzed the EMG feedback stimulation system's theoretical basis and the overall design. Finally, it introduced hardware and software design of the system seperately. Hardware part mainly includes biomedical signal acquisition and feedback of the design; software part includes the design of signal acquisition system and PC user interface.EMG feedback therapy of stimulation system combines the advantages of biofeedback and functional electrical stimulation technology, at the basic research on the EMG characteristics, based on the software programming technology. By conducting on the human body by biofeedback training and electrical stimulation, so as to achieve cure the muscle dysfunction such as muscle fatigue, myasthenia gravis, myotonia, muscular atrophy and other diseases.
