To Observe Therapeutic Mechanism Of Qingdai Granual On Ulcerative Colitis Model Of Rat

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Qingdai granual(QG) on the model rats by contrasting the difference of IgG and IL-8 in blood serum and epidermal growth factor in mucous membrane of large intestine with ulcerative colitis.MethodsFifty-four healthy adult SD rats were selected and divided randomly into normal group, low Qingdai granual dose group, medium Qingdai granual dose group, high Qingdai granual dose group mesalazine group and model group (n=8). A UC model of rat was established by subcutaneous injection of Qingdai granual at the doses of 0.6g/kg,0.9g/kg and 1.2g/kg, respectively, on days 1 and 7. Rats in mesalazine group received intragastric mesalazine, 100mg/kg body weight, once a day. Two weeks after establishment of the model,1.5mL blood was collected from fossa orbitalis to detect IgG and IL-8 by ELISA and EGF by immunohistochemical technique.ResultsThe IgG,EGF and IL-8 levels were significantly decreased in the QG group contracts with the model group.ConclusionQingdai granual has rather good therapeutic effects in UC model of rats.
