There is significant improvement in vision acuity between before and after treatment, p<0.01. From which 28 eyes improved by 2 scales,3 eyes improved by one-scales, and 1 eye improved by 4 scales.2. The Color Vision in patients has significantly improved after treatment (p<0.01).3. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment analysis, it is found that the overall effectiveness is 69.2%.4. There is an evident effect of Acupuncture treatment in patients with Deficiency of Heart and Spleen over patients with Stagnation of the Liver Qi, and over patients with Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney. Conclusions:The technique of 3-Eye Points treatment is strongly recommt-nded as clinical treatment in patients with Optical Atrophy, with an overall effectiveness of 69.2%. Acupuncture treatment has a significant effect on the improvement in Optical Atrophy patients with low visual acuity and low color vision (p<0.01).
