Clinical Study Of Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypertension Dizziness

Objective:Hypertension is one kind of the most common cardiovascular disease, and the dizziness is the most common clinical symptom in the hypertension patients. The patients' quality of life is affected severely. This research was for the purpose of observing the clinical effect and the safety in the treatment of hypertension dizziness with Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction,discussing scientifically as well as objectively about the profit to improve the patient's dizziness symptom and the quality of the life in this way, observing it to strengthen the Objective Value for hypertension controlling, and evaluating the clinical safety.To start from the clinical practical, looking for the optimization and rational theropy program which is a mixture of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Mdicine, and which can get favorable resul in controlling the patients'blood pressure and improving the dizziness symptom, and further guided the Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction wildly used in the clinical treatment.Method:A total of sixty Hypertension dizziness patients in the period from the January 2009 to the March 2010, were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group was treated with the conventional antihypertensive drug which was adhered to the individualized principle, while the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction on the basis of conventional antihypertensive drug。Both groups were kept on treating for 2 weeks. The blood pressure, main clinical symptom and objective sign were observed, and record them down. The laboratory indexes such as blood routine test, the urine routine, the stool routine, the kidney function (BUN, Cr), the liver function (ALT, AST) and so on the secure targets were compared and recorded at the same time. The adverse reaction was also observed and recorded down.Result:After treating for two weeks, on the aspect of blood pressure curative effect, two groups showed significant function on controlling blood pressure, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). By comparing the improvements of dizziness symptom, the treament group had significant effect than the control group (P<0.01).On comprehensive effectiveness evaluation, the treatment group's total effectiveness (96.7%) were significantly better compared with the control group which total effectiveness (70.0%), the difference had statistics significance (P<0.01), the treatment group had better effects than the control group. In the respect of security bettwen two groups, the treatment group had only 1 case to have the light diarrhea, but made a quick recovery without any treatment. And the control group had 1 case to appear dry cough, 2 patients had a blush and the swelling of feet, and another had a rssh and pruritus all over the body, and than the readjustment conventional antihypertensive drug had been made. And one more felt the stomach pain and flatulence, but recovery with no treatment. This research proved superior results in the mixture of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Mdicine treament.Conclusion:The method of Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction combining with the conventional antihypertensive drug is superior effective than the simple conventional antihypertensive drug which is used to treat hypertension dizziness. The cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine has obviously improve curative effect, has obviously improve the clinical symptom, and to stabilize the patients'condition, and also the reduction of the adverse effect and complication.
