Objective:Discuss the variation of main clinical experiment indicators of lung cancer patients and the association of DNA with lung cancer patients. Methods:The lung cancer group consisted of 34 hospitalized lung cancer patients including 18 males and 16 females aged between 44 to 82-year old. The biochemical control group consisted of 42 healthy people aged between 23 to 68-year old including 21 males and 21 females, who were randomly chosen through physical examinations. The STR control group consisted of 100 non-related and healthy individuals including 50 males and 50 females who were aged between 20 to 45-year old. Intravenous blood samples were collected for the test of TP, ALB, the test of IgG, IgM, IgA, the test of CREA and UREA for evaluating kidney function, the test of GLU for evaluating the level of serum glucose and the test of TG, HDLC, LDLC for evaluating the level of serum lipids, the turner markers test of AFP, CEA, CA50, CA15-3 and the test of h-CRP. All the above biochemical tests were carried out by Hitachi 7600 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC, Neu#, LY#, RBC, HGB and PLT was performed by XE2100 Fully Automatic Analyzer. STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection, which included D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, D12S391, D18S51, D6S1043, FGA. Results:The average values of regular blood items RBC,HGB,Neu #,LY# in the lung cancer group were respectively 4.14,124.94,4.47,1.56, while such average values in the control group were respectively 4.52, 139.71,3.37,2.05. There was significant difference in such four items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items. The average values of plasma protein items TP (g/L), ALB (g/L), in the lung cancer group were respectively 70.03,41.93, while the average values in the control group were respectively 72.93,46.64. There was significant difference in these two items (P<0.05). The average values of kidney function UREA, CREA (mmol/L) items were no significant difference in these two items. The average values of GLU,TG (mmol/L) in the lung cancer group were 5.55,1.49, while the average values in the control group were respectively 4.47,0.88. There was significant difference in these two items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items. The average value of immune item IgA (g/L) in the lung cancer group was 2.08 and the average value of immune item IgA (g/L) in the control group was 1.78. There was significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in other two items, the results of tumor markers items CEA, NSE, CA15-3 in the lung cancer group had significant difference (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items. The quartiles P25%, P50%, P75% values of h-CRP (mg/L) in the lung cancer group were respectively 1.65,5.00,38.15 and the quartiles P25%, P50%, P75% values of h-CRP (mg/L) in the control group were respectively 0.10, 0.40,1.38. The result had significant difference (P<0.05). The loci frequencies of STRs D8S1179-14, D7S820-10, D7S820-11, D5S818-13, D2S1338-23 in the lung cancer group were respectively 0.279,0.074,0.471, 0.206,0.132 and such frequencies in the control group were respectively 0.170,0.185,0.335,0.095,0.255. There was significant difference (the values of P were respectively 0.050,0.029,0.045,0.016,0.036) in such five items, while there were no significant difference in other items. Conclusion:There are variations of regular blood, plasma protein serum glucose, serum lipids, tumor markers and immune system to different extent in the lung cancer patient. The loci frequencies of STRs D7S820-10 and D2S1338-23 in the lung cancer group are lower than those in the control group, so there may be resistance genes to lung cancer nearby. The loci frequencies of STRs D8S1179-14, D7S820-11 and D5S818-13 are higher than those in the control group, so there may be genes nearby that are easy to catch lung cancer. Meanwhile, the loci frequencies of STRs are correlated with the related indicators of changes in the experiment.
