Objective:Meta analysis on the application of statistical methods for evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with the clinical curative effect of the treatment of female genital tract UU and CT infection and reveal the superiority of this method to treat and provide objective and strong the basis for evidence-based medicine for clinical treatment.Methods:Through the computer comprehensive retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of female reproductive tract UU, CT infection the clinical trials literature, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, to select qualified literature; by risk of bias evaluation tool into the literature quality, effect of the merger, heterogeneous test, forest plots and funnel plot analysis.Results:1. A total of 12 articles were included in the Meta analysis, a total of 1038 patients were included in the study. 2. Literature bias risk: moderate risk.Analysis 3.Meta results: TCM combined with antibiotic treatment of female genital tract UU and CT infection in clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, the negative rate and reduce the recurrence rate and simple antibiotic therapy compared, has obvious advantages, and were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The results of this study indicate that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is superior to western medicinein the treatment of UU and CT infection in female genital tract. But were included in the study of literature in the general quality is not high, may existence of publication bias, the reliability of the results of this study also need to further confirmed by high quality, large sample, randomized clinical trials, in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for common development and to provide theoretical and practical basis of the more powerful.
