Objective:Test the positive rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in malignant and benign lesion of gallbladder; discuss the relation between the rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein and the occurrence of gallbladder carcinoma; study the relation between rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein and biological behaviors such as invasion, metastasis of cholangio carcinoma etc. by combining the analysis of clinical pathology features.Methods:using SABC to test the rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in 31 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 10 cases of paraffin samples of chronic cholecystitis. Make a statistical analysis of the rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein, and make a discussion of the rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein and clinical pathological data of cholangio carcinoma.Results:(1) The positive rate of CD44V6 in Gallbladder cancer groups is obviously higher than that in chronic cholecystitis groups, P<0.05; the positive rate of Ezrin in Gallbladder cancer groups is obviously higher than that in cholecystitis groups, P<0.05; (2) The discrepancy of Ezrin protein in Gallbladder cancer with and without a Lymph node metastasis group is obvious and P<0.05; the discrepancy of CD44v6 protein in the two groups of Gallbladder cancer is obvious and P<0.05. (3) The analysis of the amount of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in different gallbladder cancer pathology types shows that the discrepancy of Ezrin protein in well-differentiated, moderately differentiated, and poorly differentiated gallbladder cancer groups the is not obvious and P>0.05; while the discrepancy of CD44v6 protein in these groups is not obvious and P>0.05.(4) The discrepancy of Ezrin in Nevin (by stages)Ⅰ+Ⅱ,Ⅲ+Ⅳ,Ⅴgroups is obvious and P<0.01; while the discrepancy of CD44v6 protein in these groups is obvious and P<0.01.(5) The analysis of the interdependency of Ezrin in tumor marker CEA and CA199 shows that Ezrin and CA199 are interrelated (P<0.01); the analysis of the interdependency of CD44v6 in tumor marker CEA and CA199 shows that CD44v6 and CA199 are interrelated(P<0.01). (6) The positive rate of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in Gallbladder cancer has nothing to do with the patients'age and gender. (7)CD44v6 and Ezrin in Gallbladder cancer is not positive correlation (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1) The positive rate of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in gallbladder carcinoma is obviously higher than that in chronic cholecystitis, which shows that there is close relation between the two groups. (2) The close relation between the positive rates of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein and the infiltration metastasis of cholangio carcinoma can be used as biological indicator which reflects infiltration metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma. (3) The positive rate of Ezrin and CD44v6 protein has nothing to do with the patients'age and gender, but is relevant to the change of tumor markers CEA and CA199. (4) Ezrin and CD44v6 protein in gallbladder carcinoma is not positive correlation。...
