The Expression And Clinical Significance Of Ezrin,CD44v6,E-cad Protein In NSCLC

Objective: To investigate the correlation of the expression and clinicopathologic significance of Ezrin,CD44v6,E-cad in NSCLC.Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was performed in 33 cases of NSCLC to detect the expression of Ezrin,CD44v6,E-cad. The expression of Ezrin,CD44v6,E-cad in 33 cases of NSCLC were analyzed statistically.Results:1.The Ezrin,CD44v6 were located in cell membrane; the E-cad was located in cell membrane or cytoplasm.2.There was no significant difference of the expression level of the Ezrin in NSCLC between difference pathological types, TNM stages and difference pathological grades(p>0.05).But significant difference was found in lymph node involvement (p<0.05).3.Significant difference of the expression level of the CD44v6 in NSCLC was found in difference pathological types, pathological grades and lymphnode involvement (p<0.05).but there was no significant difference in TNM stages (p>0.05).4.Significant difference of the expression level of the E-cad in NSCLC was found in TNM stages and lymphnode involvement (p<0.05). but there was no significant difference in pathological types and pathological grades (p>0.05).5.There was positive correlation between expression level of the Ezrin and CD44v6 (p<0.05).There was negative correlation between expressionlevel of the E-cad with Ezrin and CD44v6 (p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Loss of the expression of the E-cad and over-expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 has a correlation with their lymphnode involvement and prognosis.2,Co-detected method of the expression levels of the three proteins can be important significant in detecting the action of NSCLC analyze the potential capacity of transmission and results they give remedy to help clinical doctor to cure the patients.
