Object:1.To study the characteristics of Photoelectric Blood Stream Plethysm,which is supplementary supportive evidence for the diagnosis of Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome of Premature Coronary Heart Disease2.To discuss on the mechanism of blood stream plethysm parameters of Phlegm Premature CHD from the index correlated lipid.Method:1.By matching the GD-3 facial color-diagnosis of the technology of photoelectric blood stream plethysm to test the parameters of blood stream plethysm.2.The index test of Lipid Metabolism:adopting standard measurement of enzyme, operating according to the introduction of kit. According to the comprehensive analysis of relationship between the patients'index of Lipid Metabolism and blood stream plethysm parameters to explore the mechanism of blood stream plethysm parameters of Phlegm Premature CHD.Results:1.Parameter compares between the Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD and the normal parameters of the photoelectric blood volume:Hb, Hf, Hf/Hb were significantly decreased, Hd, He,Tw, He/Hb, Tw/Tag was significantly increased. The difference has statistical significant. Tag,Tab,Hb/Tab, Hd/Hb, Tab/Tag has none statistical significant because none group difference exist. 2.The serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) from Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome in Premature CHD patients were significantly higher comparing with the normal group (p<0.01). High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) is lower than that in the control group (p<0.01).With the increased volatility of the main optical blood volume, HDL increased gradually, while TC, TG, LDL-Cdecreased. Low volatility group and high volatility group has significant difference (p<0.01).TC,TG,LDL-C and the optical blood volume was negatively correlated with the main volatility, correlation coefficients were-0.985,-0.980,-0.804, p values are 0.000;and HDL-C and the optical blood volume was positively correlated with the main volatility, correlation coefficient 0.995,p value of 0.000.Lipid metabolism and blood flow volume of the primary optical have a better amplitude correlation.Conclusion:1.By observing face optical blood volume of information of patients with Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD,we find:Hd,He,Hd/Hb,He/ Hb,Tw/Tag were significantly decreased, Hb,Hf,Hf/Hb increased significantly, while the Hd/Hb,Hf/Hb,(Tae-Tab)/Tag significantly decreased, which indicated that Tip cardiac dysfunction,vascular reduce flexibility, increased peripheral resistance, reduce compliance coronary. Meanwhile, Tw significantly prolonged, which indicated the prolonged left ventricular ejection time, prolonged time to maintain the level of arterial pressure.The literature was in accord with the mechanism of Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD.Therefore, the optical blood volume of information can be applied as the microcosmic index of Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD indicators.2.The serum TC, TG, LDL-C from Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD indicators patients were significantly higher than the normal group, while HDL-C was lower than that in normal control group,which consistent with previous studies.With the increased volatility of the main optical blood volume, HDL increased gradually, while TC, TG, LDL decreased. The compare between Low volatility and high volatility group has significant differences.TC, TG, LDL-C and the optical blood volume was negatively correlated with the main amplitude, HDL-C and the optical blood volume was positively correlated with the main amplitude.Because the change of the hemorheology which was influenced by disturbancing of lipid metabolism was the pathological basic of the Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome of Premature Coronary Heart Disease,so when the blood became densed coagulation, sticky, got together, relatively slow, and the perfusion of blood was decreased, the volume of blood had been changed. We found that the optical blood volume of information of patients with Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD related indicators which was tested from the machine of photoelectric blood stream plethysm was the same with the change of hemorheology which was reflected by the lipid, so the optical blood volume of information could be one of the supplementary diagnosis indicators of Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD.So, optical blood volume of information can be used as microscopic indicators for Phlegm Stagnation syndrome in Premature CHD.
