The treated group had been treated with Chaiban Decoction, and the control group had been treated with capsule of Lianhuaqingwen. Gathering 20 Influenza patients dividing into two groups and 10 heathy people as normal comparative group, each of them adopt ELISA to test the serum level of IL—1,IL—6 and TNF—a three days latter.Result:(1)It is shown that the effective rate in the treated group is 95.0%, of which the average antipyretic effect beginning time is 3.30 hours. It is shown that the effective rate in the control group is 76.9%, of which the average antipyretic effect beginning time is 4.89 hours. There were statistics differences between the two groups (P<0.05).(2)The two groups can obviously improve the primary syndromes and the concomitant syndromes, but The treated group is better than the control group in improve primary syndromes. There were statistics differences between the two groups (P<0.05). (3) The treated group and the control group can obviously reduce the level of IL—1,IL—6 and TNF—a.The former is better, There were statistics differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:The Chaiban Decoction is obviously effective on the treatment Influenza with TCM syndrome of Biaohanlire Syndrome and can reduce the level of IL—1 IL—6 and TNF—a in serum.
