Objective: Dynamic monitoring Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion's value of serum E2(estradiol), P(progesterone), ?-HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin) to judgments Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion prognosis. Methods: The retrospective data of 60 patients collected from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology, based on the outcome of pregnancy, divided into 30 cases of miscarriage cured group and 30 cases of miscarriage unhealed group. Dynamic monitoring the serum E2, P, ?-HCG values of 5 to 10 weeks of gestation and basic statistics, for example patient's age, maternal history. Using SPSS17.O statistical software, application rank sum test, chi-square test and other statistical methods of data analysis, observe the changes of serum E2, P, ?-HCG values between the two groups. Results: 1. Compare the patients of successful group serum E2 level at 5 weeks and at 6 weeks, 6 weeks and 7 weeks, 7 weeks and 8 weeks, 8 weeks and 9 weeks, 9 weeks and 10 weeks, all had difference statistically significant(P<0.05), Compare the level of serum P level of 5 weeks and 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 9 weeks, had statistical significance(P < 0.05), 6 weeks and 7 weeks, 7 weeks and 8 weeks, 9 weeks compared with 10 weeks, not had statistical significance(P > 0.05); Compare Serum ?-HCG level, in addition to eight weeks compared with 9 weeks,P > 0.05,had no statistical significance, 5 weeks and 6 weeks, 6 weeks and seven weeks, 7 weeks and eight weeks, 9 weeks compared with 10 weeks, P < 0.05, had statistical significance2. Comparison between unhealed group of serum E2, P, ?-HCG value: Blood P level of 7 weeks and 8 weeks, serum ?-HCG level of 6 weeks and 7 weeks, 5 weeks compared with 6 weeks was significantly(P<0.05). In addition, serum E2 levels between each gestational age, serum P level at 5 weeks and 6 weeks, 6 weeks compared with 7 weeks, 8 weeks and 9 weeks, serum ?-HCG levels of 7 weeks and 8 weeks, 8 weeks compared with 9 weeks, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Each gestational age of the two groups in serum E2, P, ?-HCG level comparison: Blood E2 levels of 6 to 8 weeks of gestation had difference between the two groups, had statistically significant(P < 0.05), the 5 weeks of gestation the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); blood P level of 5 to 8 weeks of gestation not showed difference between the two groups, had no statistically significant(P>0.05); serum ?-HCG levels of 5 to 8weeks of gestation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dynamic monitoring of serum E2, P, ?-HCG levels to determine the prognosis of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion has important clinical value, compared to the serum P, ?-HCG value, serum E2 value is more sensitive.
