Clinical Observation And Treatment Of Liver And Stomach Swelter Type Of Reflux Esophagitis Vent Liver And Stomach Method Combined With Omeprazole

Objective:To evaluate the liver and stomach vent method combined with omeprazole treatment of liver and stomach swelter type of reflux esophagitis and its impact on the clinical efficacy of esophageal mucosal inflammation to improve the situation.Methods:Eligible patients included esophagitis TCM for hepatogastric swelter Reflux Syndrome72patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group36cases. The treatment group received discharge method combined liver and stomach omeprazole treatment, the control group were given omeprazole treatment. Both groups were a course of treatment (8weeks), the use of electronic gastroscopy, Reflux Disease Questionnaire (RDQ) and TCM symptom score sheet to evaluate the clinical efficacy and effects on esophageal mucosal inflammation to improve the situation.3months after the end of treatment, both groups gastroendoscopy be assessed as cured patients were followed up to observe the long-term efficacy.Results:The two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05) in terms of gender, age, duration of treatment and symptom scores following grading before endoscopy and other aspects. After8weeks of treatment, according to the evaluation standard, after statistical treatment, the treatment group in terms of improvement in symptoms and endoscopic efficacy than the control group (P<0.05). March after the end of treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group on the long-term effect, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group in terms of preventing the recurrence RE. Treatment no adverse reactions in the two groups, suggesting that drain the liver and stomach method combined with omeprazole has certain clinical safety.Conclusion:Liver and Stomach vent plus omeprazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of liver and stomach swelter type of reflux esophagitis patients, effectively eliminating esophageal mucosal inflammation, reduce the relapse rate, more effective than omeprazole.
