| Aim: To use Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation to treat reflux esophagitis, and to take " middle deficiency qi inversion" as the pathogenesis starting point,to observe the clinical effects of Jiangqi Jianpi Decoction added with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-encapsulated tablets treating reflux esophagitis(middle deficiency qi inversion),to explore its effectiveness and safety. And To provide the clinical basis for treating reflux esophagitis by the combination of Chinese herb and western medicine. Methods: In accordance with the inclusive and precluded criteria, sufferers diagnosed with reflux esophagitis(reverse syndrome of middle deficiency qi)in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient or inpatient department of Gastroenterology in Yunnan First People’s Hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected, and they met the Los Angeles grade of reflux esophagitis under gastroscopy as A and B.A total of 72 patients were included.By cohort grouping method, the patients were divided into integrated Chinese and Western medicine group and Western medicine group, with 3 6cases in each group. The traditional Chinese and western medicine group received Jianqi Jianpi Decoction(twice/day,1 dose/day)combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets(po 20 mg qd),while the Western medicine group received Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets(po 20 mg qd).The treatment course of both groups was set to be 6 weeks. The therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome, esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy,RDQ score and other changes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. This research applied SPSS26.0 statistical analysis software for processing data, and the efficacy and safety of the Chinese and western treatment group and the Western treatment group were evaluated.Results:1.32 cases were included in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group, with a shedding rate of 11.11%,while 34 cases were included in the Western medicine group, with a shedding rate of 5.56%.Before treatment, the data obtained from the general conditions(gender, age, disease course, and Los Angeles grading of esophageal mucosa under endoscopy)of the two groups were compared, showing no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that there was comparability between the two groups.2.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome effectiveness comparison: after 6 weeks of treatment, the overall effective rate was 87.5% for the Chinese and Western medicine group and 79.4% for the western medicine group.Comparison by rank and test demonstrated a statistic difference in two groups(P< 0.05).Among them, there was a significant benefit(P<0.01)for individual symptoms of fatigue and tolerance,Treatment of Chinese and Western medicine group for acids, belching, burns, stomach upset and plankton was superior to treatment of Western medicine group(P<0.05).However,in treatingloose stools two groups’ results were no statistical difference(P>0.05).Both groups are equally effective.3.Comparison of RDQ score before and after treatment: the overall comparison between the Chinese and western medicine group and the Western medicine group before treatment was P > 0.05.The comparison of RDQ between the two groups was P < 0.05 after treatment.4.The comparison between the Chinese and Western group and the Western group showed that the total effective rate of the Chinese and Western group was 93.75 %,and that of the western group was 91.18%.The comparison between the two group showed P>0.05,and it demonstrated no statistical significance between the two groups.5.No obvious untoward effect happened in either groups. Conclusion: Jiangqi Jianpi Decoction combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(moderate deficiency qi inverse)is generally better than Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets alone, especially in improving the symptoms of weakness and poor appetite, and it is safer.Jiangqi Jianpi Decoction combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets can comprehensively improve systemic symptoms. |
