| Purpose:To observe curative effects of self-made Jiedu Tongluo Yixin Decoction toward diabetic coronary disease caused angina pectoris and its advantages over western medicine treatment.Method:Since October,2013 to February,2015,60 cases of T2DM that conformed to angina pectoris in Institute of Chinese Medicine, Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and outpatient services and the inpatient department Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Department, Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University received the same DM basic treatment (Education about diabetes, choose rational sport and diet plans that meet the individual’s demands. For those whose blood-sugar level is high, use western medicine to lower the blood-sugar level. The first choice is repaglinide. For obese patients, use metformin. When medical treatment is ineffective, give them insulin treatment). In this condition, they were divided at random into two groups,30 cases into treatment group and 30 cases into control group. Give the control group calcium antagonist nifedipine GITS (Adalat GITS), normal dose 30mg, qd. Give the treatment group a dose of self-made Jiedu Tongluo Yixin Decoction (Prescription ingredients red sage root 15g, schisandra chinensis 15g, red ginseng 10g, radix astragali 20g, honeysuckle 20g, forsythia suspense 15g, fructus trichosanthis 20g, rhizoma coptidis 10g, fructus tsaoko nutlet 15g, cyperus rotundus 15g, fructus aurantii 15g, radix paeoniae rubra 15g, anemarrhena asphodeloides bge 15g, radix rehmanniae 15g, glycyrrhiza uralensis 5g), decoct with water, bid, observe two courses of treatment, each course of treatment lasts for 4 weeks. During the courses, the two groups should be available to nitroglycerin in case of a chest pain. Mainly observe clinical symptoms, GLU, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood-sugar level 2 hours after dinner, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, electrocardiogram, etc.Results:the overall response rate:the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05); clinical symptoms:both groups could effectively improve clinical symptoms, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05); blood-sugar level:the treatment group could decrease FBG,2hPG, HbAlc (P<0.01); blood-lipid level:the treatment group could obviously adjust blood-lipid level and was better than the control group (P<0.01, P< 0.05); hemorheological parameters:the treatment group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05); electrocardiogram:the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Tongluo Yixin Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms of diabetic coronary disease caused angina pectoris, myocardial ischemia, hemorheological parameters, at the same time decrease blood-sugar level and blood-lipid level. |
