Systematical research of the chansu has been performed in this study Cataplasmata is used to treat cancer pain. The contents of the study include:1.the study of extraction technology.Use orthogonal test method explored ethanol, ethanol concentration, the time and the number of extraction affect the outcome of the experimental results show that ethanol and ethanol concentration is the main factors.Determine the best extraction process for higher ethanol 95% of ethanol take three times, the first increase to 24 times to take twenty minutes, the second time, a double take 18 to 20 minutes, the third time, a double take 18 to 20 minutes;2.the study of formation technique. The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation process of Chansu Cataplasmata is selected by orthogonal test. Modeling technique of Chansu Cataplasmata is further ascertained. A check-up for adhesive power, nonflowing, content of cream is founded. The result shows Chansu Cataplasmata which is made by preparation condition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Cataplasmata;3.the study of in vitro transdermal absorption. Using Franz diffusion pool, the penetration amount of resibufogenin and cinobufagin in Chansu Cataplasmata at different times was compared rapidly by HPLC. The results indicate that 5% Azone is the best;4.the study of quality standard. Chansu are qualitatively tested by TLC. Resibufogenin and Cinobufagin is quantitatively analyzed by HPLC;5.the study of initial stability. The experiments show that Chansu Cataplasmata has good stability in three months;6. the study of pharmacodynamics. By the study of pesticide effect and toxicology of Chansu Cataplasmata and found that the matrix without toxicity, and to the skin irritation. The study of pharmacodynamics show that Chansu Cataplasmata have a value for clinic and a feasibility for further development.
