Preparation And Evaluation Of Bikang Cataplasmata

Systematical research of the compound prescription of TCM has been performed inthis study.Cataplasmata is used to treat RA.By L₉ (3⁴) orthogonal test, the extractiontechnology of Strychnine,Vauquline of Semen strychni and the Supercritical CO₂Extraction of Ephedrae,Boswellia carterii Birdw and Commiphore myrrha Engl isscreened. The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation technology process ofBikang Cataplasmata is selected by homogeneous test.Molding technique parameter ofBikang Cataplasmata is ascertained.A check-up for adhibition nonflowing, content ofcream is founded.The result shows Bikang Cataplasmata which is made by preparationcondition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Cataplasmata. Semenstrychni, Ephedrae,Boswellia carterii Birdw and Commiphore myrrha Engl arequalitatively tested by TLC. Strychnine,Vauquline and Ephedrini Hydrochloridtlm arequantitatively analyzed by HPLC.The experiments shows that Bikang Cataplasmata hasgood stability, it can obviously ease pain, and be safe to skin.
