Preparation And Evaluation Of Bishu Cataplasmata

Systematical research of the compound prescription of TCM has been performed in this study Cataplasmata is used to treat RA.By orthogonal test,the extraction technology of volatile of semen Sinapis.Radix Aconiti ,Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii ,Hirudo,Placenta Homins and Radix Paeoniae Rubra is screened.The extraction is refined with alcohol deposition.The extraction of radix Sophorae Flavescentis ,Caulis Spatholobi,Spina Gleditsiae is refined with water deposition.The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation process of Bishu Cataplasmata is selected by orthogonal test.Molding technology of Bishu Cataplasmata is further ascertained.A check-up for adhibition, nonflowing,content of cream is founded.The result shows Bishu Cataplasmata which is made by preparation condition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Cataplasmata. Radix Aconiti ,Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii,oil of semen Sinapis, Placeta Homins, Radix Sophorae Flavescent is and Sanguis Draxonis are qualitatively tested by TLC.Paeoniflorin is quantitatively analyzed by HPLC.The experiments shows that Bishu Cataplasmata has good stability, it can obviously ease pain, and be safe to skin.
