Objective:To discuss the Tic disorders from the view of fundamental theory of Tranditional Chinese Medicine (TCM);To raise the basic pathogeneisis of Tic disorders is blood deficiency and inter wind stir;To observe the clinical characteristics and effectiveness treating the disease with yang xue xi feng tang.Methods:We discussed the related etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment and laboratory indicators guided by the fundamental theory of TCM,based on the clinical experience of Professor Hu tiancheng and combined with the modern research of Tic disorders in the first part. We regarded blood deficiency and inter wind stir as the basic pathogenesis for the Tic disorders and observed the clinical effectiveness treating the disease with yang xue xi feng tang.30 cases with Tic disorders (blood deficiency and internal wind stir) were theated with yang xue xi feng tang and the results were analysized from the statistical view in the second part.Results:The 30 cases with Tic disorders (blood deficiency and internal wind stir) got a better result treating by yang xue xi feng tang.The the effectiveness rate (18 cases),the marked improvement rate(8 cases) and the no-effctiveness rate(4 cases) were 60.00%,26.67% and 13.33% pespectively.Conclusion:Theorily and clinically treating Tic disorders from the view of blood deficidency and inter wind stir was safe,effective and valuble in the clinic.
