| Objective: To detect the expressing of Ki-67 in Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to analyze its relationship with chemotherapy, to explore the possibility of being to a factor as a predictor of chemotherapy.Method:Collected the 70 cases proceed chemotherapy in the Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2006 to December 2009. Detect the expression of Ki-67 in the cancer tissue using MaxVisionTM immunohistochemistry. By the end of cycle of chemotherapy, X-ray or CT is taken ,according to RECIST 1.1 standard through the imaging results to assess the efficacy.Result: 70 cases were evaluable for the short-term curative effect, 62 cases were evaluable for progression-free time (PFS). 70 short-term curative effect evaluable cases, respectively, CR0, PR32 cases(45.7%), SD21 cases(30.0%), PD17 cases(24.3%), RR (efficiency): 45.7%, DCR (disease control rate): 75.8%. Ki-67 positive rate of 64.3%.In the effective group (CR + PR) positive rate was 59.4% (19/32), in the ineffective group (SD + PD) positive rate was 68.4% (26/38). In low expression of Ki-67 group,RR (efficiency): 50.0%, DCR (disease control rate): 80.0%.In the high expression group, RR (efficiency): 42.5%, DCR (disease control rate): 72.5%.The expression of Ki-67 did not show significant correlation with the short-term curative effect(including the platinum scheme and combination chemotherapy of gemcitabine and vinorelbine scheme) and progression-free survival (PFS)(P values > 0.05).Conclusion:1. The expression of Ki-67 in NSCLC has not significant correlation with the chemotherapy short-term curative effect. Ki-67 expression can not predict the chemosensitivity of NSCLC. It should not be used as a predictor of curative effect of chemotherapy.2. The expression of Ki-67 in NSCLC has not significant correlation with the short-term curative effect of Platinum-based regimen, gemcitabine joint platinum class scheme and vinorelbine joint platinum class scheme. Ki-67 can not be a indication reference in formulating individual chemotherapy regimens.3. The expression of Ki-67 in NSCLC has not significant correlation with overall survival (OS). It may can not serve as a predictor of prognosis in NSCLC. |
