Clinical Research Of Only Taking Venlafaxine And Combine With Lidocaine In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation

【Objective】In order to assess the clinical efficacy and safty of treating premature ejaculation with Venlafaxine and Lidocaine.【Methods】A total of 60 Patients with Prematuree jaculation (age range from 20 to 40 years) which to diagnosed by the andrology of the first hospital affiliated to guang xi medical university from march 2009 to December 2010, and were divided into two groups randomly.The Patients who took Venlafaxine and Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage were in group A;the others took only Venlafaxine were in group B.Throught 4 weeks treatment,recorded the change of intravaginal ejaculation latency time,CIPE-5 score,satisfaction of sexual activity and advers were recorded for every one.【Results】The 60 patients were followed up, after 4 weeks treatment. The average ejaculatory latency time of group A was extended from(1.24±0.59)min to(5.40±4.18)min; and the average CIPE-5 score Was increased from(10.41±2.44)to(15.27±3.81); Patient's satisfaction of sexual activity efficacy reached 79.3%; IELT,CIPE-5 score and satisfaction of sexual activity there wre significant of satisfaction (P<0.001) after treatment. The average ejaculatory latency time of group B was extended from(1.15±0.57)min to(5.25±4.04)min, and the average CIPE-5 score Was increased from(9.97±2.28)to(16.07±3.36). Patient's satisfaction of sexual activity efficacy reached 80.0%; IELT,CIPE-5 score and satisfaction of sexual activity there wre significant of satisfaction (P<0.001) after treatment. Between two group's IELT,CIPE-5 score and satisfaction of sexual activity there were no significant of satisfaction (P>0.05) after treatment. The total 60 patients took part in treatment, except 1 patient stop taking medicine. The other 59 patients takeing medicine,6 patients had anergy'one patient had ED,2 patients had less appetite, one patient had dizziness. The total rate of adverse effect is about16.9&.But all the people can tolerance. The adverse effect was disappear after the treatment ending.【conclusion】Premature ejaculation treatment with Venlafaxine is efficacy and safty.If combine with Lidocaine there is not differece.
