ObjectiveTo study the expression of exfoliated cells of telomerase (the human telomerase gene, hTERC) gene in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. And explore the clinical significance of hTERC as a diagnostic marker for cervical cancer.MethodUsing FISH(fluorescence in situ hybridization) to detect the expression of hTERC expression in 60 cases of cervical exfoliated cells. In which,20 cases normal cervix to establish threshold, CINâ… 8, CINâ…¡8, CINâ…¢15 cases and 9 cases of cervical cancer.ResulthTERC positive rate in the normal group 5.55%; in CIN1, CIN2, CIN3, and cervical cancer expression rates were:25%,50%,66.7% and 88.9%, a positive correlation with the lesion; There was a significantly difference between CIN1 and CIN2-Ca(p<0.05).Conclusion hTERC gene expression is closely related with the degree of cervical lesions, suggesting that its occurrence may play an important role in the development. hTERC genetic testing is expected to be one of the screening methods of early cervical cancer.
