| [Objective] FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization) technology analysis different cervical lesions in the cervical exfoliated cells abnormal chromosome3hTERC gene amplification, and its relationship with HPV infection in cervical lesions.[Methods1Selection in October2010to December2011in kunming medical university second affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology outpatient and the inpatient clinic or voluntary patients1200cases of cervical cancer screening. Into the group, all people accept the cervical settlement type Liquid thin-layer Cytology for detection (Liquid--based Cytology Test, LCT), HC â…¡ technology for detecting human papilloma virus, and extracted with LCT preservation Liquid remaining in the cell line hTERC gene detection, any results positive for all lines of the cervical biopsy under colposcope. Analysis of HCâ…¡ and FISH method test results, and compare with pathologic findings, data for statistical analysis.[Results]1.In the normal group, group low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN I), group height of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINâ…¡/CINâ…¢), cervical invasive carcinoma (ICC) group, hTERC positive rate were12.5%,34.21%,53.03%,85.71%respectively, comparing differences between groups was statistically significant.2.In the normal group, group low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â… ), group height of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â…¡/CIN â…¢), cervical invasive carcinoma (ICC) group, high-risk type HPV infection rate were31.25%,65.79%,90.91%,92.86%respectively, comparing differences between groups was statistically significant (except CINII/CINIII groups with no statistical difference between the ICC group).3.In patients with high-risk type HPV positive hTERC gene positive rate was54.63%, in patients with negative hTERC gene positive rate was11.90%, hTERC gene abnormal amplification in high-risk type comparing differences between infection and the infection group was statistically significant[Conclusions]1. hTERC gene in the normal group, group low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â… ), group height of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â…¡/CIN â…¢), abnormal cervical invasive carcinoma (ICC) group, and with the increase of pathological changes degree positive rate also increases, can be used as the biological genetics cervical precancerous lesion detection indexes, and is expected to become the early cervical cancer screening method.2. high-risk type HPV in the normal group, group low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â… ), group height of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN â…¡/CIN â…¢), abnormal cervical invasive carcinoma (ICC) group, and with the increase of pathological changes degree positive rate also increases. Illustrate the cervical lesions with high-risk type HPV infection.3. hTERC gene with high-risk type HPV infection in cervical lesions has certain correlation... |
