Purpose:This research is about integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine ways of health education which is to the old people in the community.It discusses the influence to the old people's health degree and the happiness degree,providing the basis for paramedics carring out the health education to the olds.1.The influence of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Health Education to the health degree of old people in the community. 2.The influence of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Health Education to the happiness degree of old people in the community.Method: Choosing 129 inpatients in WenZheng Community since 2009,the effective numbers of participants are 60, (the ones who are between 60 and 80, without serious illness, having the autonomic conduct and thinking ability,with the degree of primary school at least),going along the systemic nursing health guidance in a Chinese and Western Medicine way,the times are no less than 5 and the time is no less than 40 minutes for each person.The process includes:1.selecting the samples,2. general Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine ways of health education 3. individual cases which having focus(including collecting the materials,working out plans, implementing the health education and the feedback and so forth).Issuing the happiness degree form and the living quality form before and after the experiment(with a 2-month interval) for measurable tests, counting up by using the statistical software.The consequence is statistically meaningful with P<0.05.Results: The statistics of scores of health Degree form indicates that the overall scores of living quality raised after the health education intervention;P<0.01, which has disparities in statistic.The degree of health in the form enhanced after the health intervention,P<0.01,which has disparities in statistic.The scores of mental health raised after the intervention, P<0.05, which has disparities in statistic.The statistics about scores of happiness degree form indicates that the overall degree of happiness raised after health education intervention, after which P<0.01, having disparities in statistic.The positive emotion and experiences's score raised after the intervention P<0.01, which has the disparities in statistic. The negative emotion and experiences's score come down after the intervention,P<0.01,which has disparities in statistic.Conclusion:The integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine ways of Nursing Health Education has positive influence to the old people's happiness degree and degree of happiness which is also helpful to improve the quality of old people's lives in the community and benifical to their physical and mental health.The integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine ways of Nursing Health Education helps to improve the overall degree of old people's happiness and increase the positive emotion and experience in happiness degree, at the same time,having the corrective function to their negative emotion and negative experiences.
