ObjectiveIn this study,80 cases of patients with acute leukemia as the research object, through to based on WeChat platform as the carrier of Chinese and western medicine combined with health education form contrast with the traditional way of health education,to explore a way to improving the effectiveness of health education for patients with acute leukemia and new model,in order to improve the self-efficacy of the patients with acute leukemia, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction for the purpose, and thus can be used clinically for the promotion of healthy education methods.MethodsAll the cases selected and included in this study were from patients admitted to the hematology department of Guangdong provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2017 to August 2019 who were diagnosed with acute leukemia and agreed to join this study, with a total of 80 cases. This study adopts the method of random Numbers table will be divided into control group and observation group, control group were treated by traditional way of health education, such as oral health education face to face,on the basis of the observation group, through the WeChat public platform(including WeChat public and follow-up WeChat)form of health education to patients, respectively,to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine through the WeChat public platform of health education intervention, intervention before 1 month,2 months,3 months after use to evaluate the following three rating scale,The three rating scales were general self-efficacy scale(GSES),quality of life scale(QOL)and Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS),respectively. The self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated through the feedback at each time node.Results1.A total of 80 patients with acute leukemia were included in the study, including 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the observation group.During the study period,3 patients in the observation group were lost to follow-up,and 5 patients in the control group were lost to follow-up.Therefore,8 patients were lost to follow-up by the end of this study, with a loss of follow-up rate of 10.00%.Finally,72 cases were actually included in the study, including 37 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.2.The former two groups of patients in the intervention of gender, marital status, education, health care payment method and the inauguration of comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),two groups of patients age, have examined the normal distribution and statistic K-S=1.688,P=0.007,(P<0.05)do not conform to the normal distribution, using the nonparametric test, age two groups of contrast,z=0.111,P=0.911,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups, both groups were comparable.3.The intervention before the general self-efficacy scale(GSES),tumor patient quality of life(QOL)and Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS)three rating scale for observation group and control group two groups of the mean, standard deviation, the independent sample test results, get three rating scale score differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),shows two different groups before intervention self-efficacy scale(GSES)score, tumor patient quality of life(QOL)score and Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS)score does not exist significant differences.4.The score of self-efficacy scale(GSES)one month after intervention in the observation group was tested for normality, and the statistics k-s=1.118 and P=0.164(P>0.05)were in line with normal distribution. After 1 month after intervention, the QOL score of tumor patients was normal, and the statistical values k-s=1.090 and P=0.185(P>0.05)were in line with the normal distribution. The NSNS score of Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS)2 months after intervention was tested for normality, and the statistics k-s=1.125 and P=0.159(P>0.05)were in line with normal distribution. At the third month after intervention, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in general self-efficacy scale(GSES)analysis and tumor patient quality of life scale(QOL)analysis(P<0.05).The score of Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.ConclusionThis study results suggest:through WeChat public platform to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with acute leukemia ways of health education can improve the patient's self-efficacy,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,so as to further enhance the nursing quality and effectiveness of health education,it is worth in clinical promotion of a way of health education.
