Objection:To detect the expression of VEGF,P27 and Cyclindl in breast ductal atypical hyperplasia and breast carcinoma and discuss the influence of breast carcinoma. Methods:SP immunohistochemical were adopted to examine the expression of VEGF,P27,Cyclindl and compared between tumor specimens of breast carcinoma(n=60) and breast ductal atypical hyperplasia (n=21)and normal breast tissue (control n=10). Results:1) The positive rates of VEGF were 0.00%,66.66%,75%,in normal breast tissue, breast ductal atypical hyperplasia, breast carcinoma respectively. Compared with each group, expression of VEGF was significantly enhanced (P<0.01) 2) The positive rates of P27 were 50.00%,90.47%,63.33% in normal breast tisiuue, breast ductal atypical hyperplasia, breast carcinoma respectively. Compared with each group, expression of P27 was significantly enhanced (P<0.05).3) The positive rates of Cyclind1 were 0.00%,85.71%,75.00% in normal breast tissue, breast ductal atypical hyperplasia and breast carcinoma respectively. Compared with each group, expression of Cyclindl was significantly enhanced (P<0.01).4) there was significant correlation between VEGF and Cyclindl, between P27 and Cyclindl in breast carcinoma (p<0.05),but no correlation between VEGF and P27 (p>0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal expression of VEGF, P27 and Cyclindl in breast ductal atypical hyperplasia, breast carcinoma indicate what were relation of occurring and development of breast carcinoma. It was useful to forecast development of breast carcinoma by combining toexamine.
