Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Qixueyuzhi-Syndrome By Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Through Bladder Meridian In Back

Objective:To explore a new method of treatment to Qixueyuzhi-Syndrome Lumbar disc herniation (LDH),this study is on the analysis of basic theory and clinical observation.Innovatively the treatments of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different treatments.They were the group that Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back decoction and JiBiTang decoction group alone. Results:Looking into the changes of symptoms, signs and laboratory tests after respective treatment, the study showed that the curative effect of the combination group was 100.00%,which was superior to the group of JiBiTang decoction solely, the curative effect was 76.67%.We drawed the conclusion that the new treatment had a better curative effect to Qixueyuzhi-Syndrome LDH. Conclusion:According to modern medicine,TCM pharmacology and modern analyse to meridian, the new treatment exert effect to Qixueyuzhi-Syndrome LDH through various aspects likely such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, regulating immune function and ameliorate blood circumstance.
