Clinical Study On Combination Treatment Of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Through Bladder Meridian In Back And JieDuHuoXue Decoction To BD

To explore a new method of treatment to Behcet's disease(BD),this study, on the analysis of basic theory and clinical observation,Innovatively combined the treatments of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back and TCM—JieDuHuoXue decoction.42 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different treatments.They were the combination group that Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back contained JieDuHuoXue decoction and JieDuHuoXue decoction group alone. Looking into the changes of symptoms, signs and laboratory tests after respective treatment, the study showed that the curative effect of the combination group was 95.83%,which was superior to the group of JieDuHuoXue decoction solely, the curative effect was 72.22%.We drawed the conclusion that the combination treatment had a better curative effect to BD. According to modern medicine,TCM pharmacology and modern analyse to meridian, the combination treatment exert effect to BD through various aspects likely such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, regulating immune function and ameliorate blood circumstance.
