Clinical Study On The Treatment With Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Through Bladder Meridian In Back Of Spa

To explore the new method of treatment to the axial form of seronegative spondyloanthropathy (SPA),this study, on the analysis of basic theory and clinical observation,jnnovatively combined the treatments of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back.62 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different treatments.The method of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back and YiShenJuanBi pilulous decoction group. Looking into the changes of symptoms, signs and laboratory tests after respective treatment, the study showed that the curative effect of the test team was 100.00%,which was superior to the group of YiShenJuanBi pilulous decoction solely, the curative effect was 70.00%.We drawed the conclusion that the combination treatment had a better curative effect to the axial form o the axial form of SPA. According to modern medicine,TCM pharmacology and modern analyse to meridian, the combination treatment exert effect to the axial form of SPA through various aspects likely such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, regulating immune function and ameliorate blood circumstance.
