| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and security of particles "jian nao ruan mai" on cerebral arteriosclerosis with TCM belongs to kidney deficiency and blood stasis sydrome.Methods:40 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis with TCM belongs to kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled from the clinic, the family sickbed and admission department of Sichuan Province Research institute of TCM, the second Chinese Medicine Hospital in Sichuan. We used a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled design method, patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with particles "jian nao ruan mai" and capsule "jian nao tong mai "stimulant; the control group was treated with particles "jian nao ruan mai" stimulant and capsule "jian nao tong mai ".Treatment for 8 weeks.The symptoms scores were observed both before and after treatment.The related eximations were taken both before and after treatment.Result:The "jian nao ruan mai" particles has the effect sof tonifying kidney and brain,dispersing blood stasis and dredging collateral. Can significantly improve patient dizziness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, sored waist and knees,and other symptoms. The treatment group was superior in improving headache to control group. The treatment group superior to the control group in improving the TC, HDL-C, whole blood reduced viscosity, red cell degeneration index, ACA (R), PCA (R) and other indicators.During the experiment,noserious adverse events happened, had never discovered experiment the safty index sign of each set of medicine with experiment medicine relevant of treatment in front and back excrescent or aggravate of circumstance.Conclusion:The "jian nao ruan mai" particles has certain clinical effect in treating cerebral arteriosclerosis with TCM belongs to kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,, it has good safety during experiment.
