Right Chest, Beating Heart Of The Small Incision, Clinical Research, Open Heart Surgery

Objective To introduce evaluation the technique of in open heart surgery on beating of light hypothermal extracorpored circulation throught right mini-thoracotomy Method: 30 patients with atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were operated under the middle hypo thermal extracorpored circulation and aortic cross-clamping with cardiac arrest while in experimental group were operated under light hypothermal extracorporeal circulation on beating heart throught right mini-thoracotomy.Biochemical markers in cluding: Cardiac Troponin T(cTnT) and creatine kinase; Results:The cardiac TroponinT and creatine kinase releasing activity of myocardium in experimental group was mach lower than that in control group (p<0.05).The mean crdiopulmonor by pass time was21±5 minutes.There were no death and complication. From postoperation to discharged about 12±2.5day. Follow-up survey 1 month all the patients had no heart marmur and residual shount; Conclusion: In opon heart surgery on beating of light hypothermal extracorpored circulation throught right mini-thoracotomy,Myocardial were countinua blood supply and oxygen supply, No myocardia reperfasion injury and electic defibri llation mechanical injury. Which may be considered as minially invasive heart surgery.
