| Objective: To evaluate the influence of the cardiac biochemical, the plasma electrolyte and acid-base balance by Cardiopulmonary Bypass (CPB) with beating heart or arrested heart; at the same time, study the using of medicine after operation, the time of assistant breath in ICU and was in hospital, hospitalization expenses. To comparative the advantage and disadvantage of the kind of operation .Method: 30 patients randomly assigned to two groups, 15 cases received beating heart CPB and others cases received arrest heart CPB, and the cardiac biochemical were measured in after anesthetize, the end of CPB, 6 hours after operation, 12 hours after operation, 24 hours after operation, 48 hours after operation; Measured the plasma electrolyte and acid-base balance in before CPB, 10 minutes in CPB, rewarming and after CPB, calculate the using medicine after operation, the time of assistant breath, the expense of hospitalization.
