ObjectiveWith the patients in the Ministry or the outpatient visits of Departmen t of Gastronenterology, Guangdong Provincinal Hospital,we opted the ones w ho match this topic, and make a anorectal manometry to everyone; Remember t heir primary and secondary symptoms, give every symptom graded score. The a bove-mentioned indcators maybe could explor the possible correlation betw een the different common clinical syndromes and the results of anorectal manometry. Besides, there is a normal bowel control setted up, to seek the differences of anorectal manometry between FC patients and the normal per sons.MethodThe subjects included in this issue would have to check-up about the co lonoscopy and the anorectal manometry test(the normal group cannot do che ck the colonscopy), the result about colonscopy of the patients must be ne gative. Recorded the data of each inspection, asked and collected the detai ls about clinical symptoms and other information, then make quantitative s cores. Analyzed the possible correlation between the syndromes and anorect al manometry Indexes with using statistical software.ResultThere is no significant difference with the gender and BMI in FC patien ts,but compared to spleen deficiency syndrome, the age of the other groups significantly lower(P<0.05). The main symptoms of functional constipation are dry stool(100%), abdominal distension (78%), anorexia(79%), Shenpi fa tigue(65.9%), belching (33.0%), Thirsty (31.9%), aversion to cold (38.5%), etc.Different syndromes have different symptoms, and then patients in dif ferent syndromes with primary and secondary disease is not the same scor e, the total symptom scores are certainly statiscally significant(P<0.05). The analresting pressure, rectal resting pressure, force row resting pr essure and maximum systolic blood in different syndromes were no signifi cant difference(P>0.05). Compared with the normal group, it has some statis tically significant difference about the rectal feeling threshold in FC p atients, but there was no significant difference compared with each other (P>0.05); different syndromes in FC patients with initial feeling, initia 1 desire were no statistically significant differences, but initialdesir e and initial sensation in FC patients were significantly higher than the normal ones. The urge of Intestinal Dryness and Yin Deficiency Syndrome, spleen qi deficiency was significantly higher than Spleen Deficiency Synd rome;and comparing with the normal group, Intestinal qi stagnation and Sp leen deficiency syndrome was significantly higher. The maximum tolerated d ose of Spleen deficiencysyndrome was the highest, the statistically diffe rences was conspicuous(P<0.05). Most patients had conflict contration, but the Normal Group(only3.25%) were opppsite. The majority of FC patients wer e found weakened RAIR; The suppress capacity of Spleen deficiency was high est in all, it was really different comparing to Spleen qi deficiency(P<0. 05); But the suppress capacity of Intestinal qi stagnation, Spleen deficie ncy and Intestinal Dryness and Yin Deficiency Syndrome were significantly Higher than the Normal ones, Except Spleen qi deficiency syndrome.ConclusionCompared with the Normal Group, there were analsphincter motility disord er, rectal sensitivity change and other issues in FC patients, and differ ent syndrome ones have different indicators of anorectal dynamics; The an orectal dynamic indexes of that group about spleen deficiency syndrome si gnificantly Higher than other ones, it may be related to its pathogenesis. That different syndromes different scores could have a certain relevance to their symptoms constitute.
