The Study On External Dissolution And Quality Standard Of Sanhuang Suppository

This paper study on Sanhuang Suppository, the primary content include such researches as the preparation of Sanhuang granule suppository and Sanhuang micronization powder suppository for water-solubility suppository matrix and lipidic suppository matrix, the quality check, the determination and comparison of the external dissolution of Sanhuang suppository for different bases of suppositories, the research of quality standard for Sanhuang micronization powder suppository.In the process of experimentation, we hold the method of preparing Sanhuang suppository in the bases of water- solubility material and lipidic material.And according to the stipulate of detecting method in China pharmacopoeia of 2005 edition, we detected the quality of Sanhuang suppository, as a result, the weight variation and the softening time of the four kinds of Sanhuang suppositories are all eligibled.By ultraviolet spectrophotometry, we detected the external dissolution of sanhuang suppository. This method can avoid the mutual interference between baicalin and berberine,and it is very steady, simple and convenient. In the base of that, we obtain the dissolution parameters by Weibull distribution function, and analyse the parameters in statistical way. The result of analyse indicated that, the difference between different bases and different material of Sanhuang suppository is significant in statistics. And we can make a summary that, micronization can accelerate the dissolution of medicine in Sanhuang suppository.HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalin and berberine in Sanhuang suppository. Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis and Phellodendron were identified by TLC. Accordingly, the quality standard of Sanhuang suppository was established.
