Study On The Chemical Constituents Of The Root Of Stellera Chamaejasme L.

Stellera chamaejasme L.has been taken note of by some reseacher in many contriesbecause of its anti-cancer,antibacteral etal.The chemical constituents in the roots of stellerachamaejasme L.have been studied,the general situation have been reviewed in this thesis.In present study, theroot of stellera chamaejasne L. was extracted by 95% ethanol.The abstractions were subsequently extracted with different polar solvent.Three compounds have been isolated and purified by utilizing column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization techniques. The structures of three compounds have been identified by IR, 1D NMR (1HNMR,13CNMR),2DNMR (HSQC, HMBC) and reference literatures. They are dibutyl phthalate,sucrose, neochamaejasminA.
