Objective: By establishing animal experiment, the study is to aim at investigating the effects of detoxification, leaking turbid and collaterals and its mechanism on ischemical reperfusion injury of rats intestine.Methods:Healthy male SD rats, body weight between 200 and 220g, were divided randomly into 6 groups after establishing ischemical reperfusion injury through occluding arteria mesenterica superior. Normal group was untreated any. Arteria mesenterica superior was occluded in model group, Chinese material medical group and lactulose group after lavaging 30 min, then unclamped after 45 min, and reperfused for 2h. blood was collected from heart, centrifuged and serum was reserve at -80 oC. Sham operation group was treated, similar to model group, except unoccluding arteria mesenterica superior. Intestine, away from typhlon for 10 centimeter, was taken and then fixated by formalin for pathological observation and CHIU score of intestinal mucosa. SOD, MAD, D-lactic acid and TNF-αof serum were determined by xanthine oxidase, thio-malonylurea and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:1 pathological damagement of intestinal mucosaCompare to Normal group and Sham operation group, pathological damagement of intestinal mucosa in model group was more serious. Compare to model group, the damagement was slight in Chinese material medical group and lactulose group. However, pathological damagement in Chinese material medical group was slighter than lactulose group.2 detection of biochemical indicators⑴SOD level in the serumSOD level of the serum in Chinese material medical group was higher than model group and lactulose group, but lower than Normal group and Sham operation group(P<0.01).⑵MDA level in the serumMDA level of the serum in Chinese material medical group was lower than model group and lactulose group, but higher than Normal group and Sham operation group(P<0.01).⑶D-lactic acid of the serumCompare to model group and lactulose group, D-lactic acid of the serum in Chinese material medical group was downregulated obviously. Compare to normal group and sham operation group, D-lactic acid of the serum in Chinese material medical group was increased significantly (P<0.01).⑷TNF-αlevel of the serumCompare to model group and lactulose group, D-lactic acid of the serum in Chinese material medical group was downregulated obviously. however, D-lactic acid of the serum in Chinese material medical group was higher than normal group and sham operation group significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:Detoxification, leaking turbid and collaterals can ameliorat patholog- ical change of intestinal mucosa by eliminating oxyradical and lipid peroxidation to lower permeability of intestinal mucosa, and protect ischemical reperfusion injury by suppressing proinflammatory factor, superior to lactulose.
