The purpose of this reserach is to select high lignans content part of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill, ehhance the use ratio of Schisandra chinensis resource, bring up the best extraction process and provide technical support of exploiting and using high lignans content part. In this research, we used one year old to six years old stems of Schisandra chinensis , one year old to two years old nursery stock, cultured fruits, leaves from Institute of Special Wild Economic Animals and Plants of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, wild fruits of Schisandra chinensis as experimental materials. First of all, we test the contents of Schizandrol A, Schizandrin A and Schizandrin B, selected high lignans content part; then according orthogonal test design to extract lignans and high performance liquid chromatography to determine the contents of lignans, we got the best extraction process of high lignans content part; we tested 20 parts Schisandra chinensis samples which were from different areas of Heilingjiang, Jilin, Liaoning province, made the finger-print of Schisandra chinensis, compared with the high lignans content part.. The main results as follows:1.The three lignans those were Schizandroa A, Schizandrin A, Schizandrin B total contents of Schisandra chinensis orderly were cultured fruits>two years old nursery stock>six years old stems>two years old stems of nursery stock>leaves, thereinto one year old to six years old stems of Schisandra chinensis were raise as year of stems; three lignans content of one year old to two years old nursery stock were raise as year of nursery stock; totlal three lignans content in cultured fruits was higher than wild fruits. The sequence of Schizandrin A content in different experimental materials was two years old roots of nursery stock> cultured fruits>two years old stems of nursery stock>six years old stems of Schisandra chinensis>leaves;the sequence of Schizandrin B content is two years old roots of nursery stock>cultured fruits>six years old stems of Schisandra chinensis>two years old stems of nursery stock>leaves; the sequence of Schizandrol A content is cultured fruits>six years old stems of Schisandra chinensis>two years old stems of nursery stock>two years old roots of nursery stock>leaves.Analysis by synthesis, we selected two years old roots of nursery stock as high lignans content part.2.We put two years old nursery stock (mostly root) as experiment material and study the extraction technics by orthogonal test, the result showed that the sequence that effected the extracting ratio of Schizandrin A was extract times>amount of ethanol>extract time>ethanol concentration. The best extracting method of Schizandrin A was that the ethanol concentration was 85%, the ethanol amount was 80mL, the extracting times was twice and the extracting time was two hours.3.We put two years old nursery stock (mostly root) as experiment material and study the extraction technics by orthogonal test, the result showed that the sequence that effect the extracting ratio of Schizandrin B was extract times>amount of ethanol>extract time>ethanol concentration. The best extracting method of Schizandrin B was that the ethanol concentration was 85%, the ethanol amount was 80mL, the extracting times was twice and the extracting time was two hours. 4.We tested 20 part Schisandra chinensis those were from different areas in northeast of China, made finger-print of Schisandra chinensis. The finger-print was consist of 14 common peaks and 26 non-common peaks.5.Comparing the finger-print of Schisandra chinensis and chromagram of roots of two years old nursery stock.. The similarity of finger-print and two years old nursery stock is 0.623. There are forteen common peaks in finger-print of Schisandra chinensis.The common peaks also existed in two years old nursery stock.. This showed that there were similar active principle between two years old nursery stock and fruits of Schisandra chinensis.
