Purpose: To use modern medicine analysis method, in Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.) to analyze each part, content determination, from extract separation, purification out compounds, and identification of the chemical structure.Method: Using macroporous resin, gel column chromatography LH - 20, inverse-phase silica gel column chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatographic method etc advanced techniques, purification schisandra fruit of each herbal medicine group, and on the basis of Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.) from fresh isolated from compounds, and appraisal compounds structure.Result: The elements Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.) of content determination of extraction and studied; On the total lignans extraction and purification process was optimized, separated and identified 10 compounds. Including lignans 3: Schizandrol A, Schisandrin B, Schisandrin A, 5: Citric acid, proto-catechuic acid, Gallic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, Nucleoside 1: carrot glucoside; Nonsteroidal 1:β-sitosterol.Conclusion: Combined with its parts, and the content of the drug substance were part of having research value, herbal medicine group, optimizing the total lignans edible fruit the best extraction and purification process, and separated and identified the chemical structure of monomer compounds.
