Objective:To investigate the effect of Continuous Veno-venous Haemo- diafiltration on the expression of CD14+monocyte Dog leukocyte antigen-DR with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome. Methods:Twelve Beagle dogs were subjected to hemorrhagic shock plus resuscitation and endotoxemia to set up MODS model, then were randomly divided into two groups:CVVHDF group(n=6)and MODS group(n=6)without CVVHDF. CVVHDF was performed ahout 24 hours after endotoxin injection was finished in CVVHDF group. The expression of CD14+DLA-DR were detected. Statistics:differences of baseline values vs.changes of parameters after MODS were evaluated by analysis of variance for repeated. Results:The levels of monocytes percentage were low and the expression of CD14+DLA-DR were persistently decreased following MODS significantly lower than T1(P<0.05).After the treatment of CVVHDF,the monocytes percentage of CVVHDF group were significantly improved at T6,T7,Tg,T9 compared with MODS group(P<0.01). The beneficial effect of CVVHDF on the expression of CD14+DLA-DR of MODS model was particularly striking at T7,T8,T9(P<0.05). Conclusion:MODS could results in marked damage in the expression of CD14+DLA-DR and immunologic dysfunction. CVVHDF could remove some inflammatory factors from plasma and increase the expression of CD14+DLA-DR in MODS Dogs, suggesting CVVHDF might be effective to revert immunosuppression.
