| ObjectiveTo use controllable mechanical model of complete intestinal obstruction, to observe the transform of intestinal motor function and influence of traditional Chinese medicine huoxueqingxia decoction on it.MothodsThe healthy rabbits with body weight of about 3kg were divided into six groups randomly, including the control group, ileus of 48h model group, natural recovery 48h and 96h groups, Chinese medical treatment of 48h and 96h groups, each group have six rabbits. Given different therapy, to observe the transform of migrating motor complex(MMC),motilin(MOT) and vasoactine intrestinal peptide(VIP) in blood.Result1,When the obstruction having be take place 48h,the time of MMC prolong, the time,motive index and amplitude slow down. The content of Mot in blood is decrease but VIP increase. After 72hours, the mortality is upto 33.3%。2,The experiments showed that the time of intestinal MMC and I time decreased quickly, the time,motive index and amplitude of MMC III have grown up gradually. With the Chinese medical treatment,these indicators are significantly different from natural group in 48h(P<0.05).It return to normal after the obstruction dissolved 96h.Conclusion1,When the intestinal obstruction took place, the intestinal motor dysfunction will be destroyed. The results showed that the time of MMC prolong, the time,motive index and amplitude slow down.The content of Mot increase but VIP decrease.The mortality is also grow up.2,Huoxueqinxia decoction can enhance intestinal peristalsis and promote the intestinal motor function s repairing process. It can decrease the time of MMC,and grown up the time,motive index and amplitude of MMCⅢsignificantly. To cure intestinal motor dysfunction caused by intestinal obstruction clinically, we could use huoxueqinxia decoction dialectically. |
