The Clinical Study Of ShenWuGuanXin Pill To Treat The Renal Deficncyand Blood Stasis Type Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe Shenwuguanxin Pill to treat renal Deficiency and Blood Stasis clinical efficacy in patients with angina pectoris. To further investigate the mechanism for new drugs to provide the theoretical basis and clinical application.Methods: This study included 80 patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris Renal Deficiency and Blood Stasis.Were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and the control group of 40patients. Treatment group: In the western medicine on the basis of given parameters Shenwuguanxin pill, Control group: a simple western medicine. 4 weeks for a course of treatment. TCM symptoms recorded before and after treatment effect, ECG and HRV and other changes. Were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.Results: The Pill can improve clinical symptoms of coronary angina pectoris, ECG, HRV changes better than western medicine,(p<0.05) .Shenwuguanxin pill combined with western medicine was better than western medicine, and no significant adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: Shenwuguanxin pill can improve coronary angina pectoris type of Renal Deficiency and blood stasis in patients with clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, ECG, HRV, was significantly better than the comparison group, and without any side effects.
